Make One Change
The Donegal Parent Hub are launching their 'Make One Change' campaign this month.
They are inviting families to make some small change to their lives which could have a big impact. It is an opportunity for families to build good habits maybe by getting out and active together, making time to eat dinner together more regularly, eating more healthily, turning off the phones and tablets to spend time together, listening more to each other or whatever would make a difference for them as a family.
Every family that registers with them is entered into a draw with the opportunity to win a night away 'glamping', a three month membership for a leisure centre, vouchers for cinema, bowling etc.
