Digital Schools

"Digital Schools of Distinction is a flagship programme which aims to promote, 

recognise and encourage excellence in the use of technology in primary schools".  

We have applied for the award of Digital School of Distinction. We registered for the programme earlier in the year and completed a comprehensive self-evaluation. Following this stage we applied for accreditation and today we received a visit from a validator of the Digital Schools programme. The validator visited several of our classrooms and observed our pupils using a wide variety of technology. He also completed an interview with the ICT co-ordinator and Ms Keane. We look forward to reading his report and have our fingers crossed that we will be successful.
